Yoga/Movement
This 45 min class combines mobility, strengthening and balance. You will be given the opportunity to slow down movements to allow time to continually work on body position and breath by using the Set, Inhale and Exhale system.

This foundation movement system encourages patience to allow for better body awareness, so everyone can feel confident in learning how to improve how they move their own body.
This is the perfect class for anyone who is new to yoga, fitness or looking to improve their general movement and minimize the risk of injury.
