Yoga/Movement

This 45 min class combines mobility, strengthening and balance. You will be given the opportunity to slow down movements to allow time to continually work on body position and breath by using the Set, Inhale and Exhale system.

This is the perfect class for anyone who is new to yoga, fitness or looking to improve their general movement and minimize the risk of injury.

Hi Everyone! I’ve been a passionate Massage Therapist for 20 years. I see massage therapy and acupuncture as a means of diagnosing and correcting muscular problems, either as a stand-alone form of treatment or as part of a treatment plan that utilizes various forms of therapy. I want to help everyone learn how to move better. My “Improve How You Move” class is a great foundational class for anyone who wants to learn more about how your body moves.
